The questions people ask
- What counts as a document?
- One file you send out, however many people sign it. A contract that goes to five people is one document, not five.
- Do you charge per signature?
- No. The price is for how much you send. Signatures, recipients and reminders are never metered.
- What happens when I reach the limit?
- Everything you have already sent keeps working: people can still sign it, and you can still download it. You just cannot start a new one until the month turns over or you move up.
- Does the person signing pay anything?
- Nothing, and they do not need an account. They tap the link in their email and sign.
- Can I change plan later?
- Any time, from Settings. Moving up applies straight away. Moving down applies at the end of the month you have already paid for.
