Fewer things, done properly
Every feature we add is one more thing to learn. So we only build what genuinely helps you get a document signed, and we leave the rest out on purpose.
You should never wonder
Waiting on a signature with no idea what's happening is the worst part of the job. You can always see who has opened your document and who hasn't.
Your documents are yours
Contracts are private. Yours are scrambled before they're stored, so they can't be read without your key. We don't look at them, and we don't sell anything about them.
Proof, not promises
Every signature comes with a record of exactly what happened and when, locked so it can't be quietly edited later. If anyone ever asks, you have the answer.
We're early, and we'd rather say so
DropTheDoc is a young product. Everything described on this site works today. We don't list things we haven't built. If something you need is missing, tell us; at this stage that genuinely shapes what gets built next.
